Welcome to Queer Story Time The Podcast!

QST is a brave space for sharing queer and trans stories of radical affirmation, acceptance, empowerment, and healing.

Join your host, Stevie Inghram (She/They), a queer and trans femme, as they guide you through meaningful and insightful conversations with queer, trans, and ally guests that shed light on the lived experiences of those in gender and sexually expansive communities.

Queer Story Time is not about indoctrination or influence; it's about education, elevation, and empowerment. Our mission is to humanize queer and trans experiences and provide a platform for transforming hearts and minds.

Alongside our diverse guests, we explore topics ranging from gender and sexually affirming healthcare to mental health, spirituality, tools for well-being, navigating trauma, coming out, and educating parents, healthcare professionals, and institutions. If a topic requires expertise beyond our reach, we'll ensure to bring in knowledgeable experts.

Episodes are released bi-weekly on Mondays (unless Stevie is in the middle of med school exams).  Whether you're part of the LGBTQ+ community or someone eager to learn about our diverse lived experiences, each episode is designed to leave you feeling inspired to live your most authentic life.

Join us on this transformative journey where we believe in the power of community, connection, and healing through shared stories. Don't forget to subscribe to Queer Story Time to stay connected with our inspiring conversations!

You can find each episode of the podcast across a multitude of podcasting platforms including: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Audible, YouTube, Amazon Music, Red Circle, among others. Check out all QST links & resources here.

Monthly QST Community Connections Group

This is a free open-hearted Zoom group for all QST listeners including our allies regardless of where you are in the world. These sessions are a space for all of us to come together in community, connection, and mutual care. Each 60-minute gathering will include time for self-reflection or discussion inspired by a recent podcast episode; or collective issues we're navigating. This group also invites community storytelling where members can share their own reflections, poems, memories, or artistry. Healing practices/grounding rituals will be offered in addition to celebrating joys, witnessing struggles, and uplifting one another in the spirit of radical community care. Come as you are. All voices and experiences welcome. Please join the QST Community Patreon above for updates on our community connection meetups!

Queer Trans Thriving Mutual Aid Collective

In addition to QST and our community groups, Stevie founded a corresponding mutual aid collective that serves as an extension of QSTs mission. Officially Launching in June 2025 during PRIDE Month, Queer Trans Thriving Mutual Aid Collected will start its first campaign Rainbow Care Fund which aims to help those within the LGBTQIA+ community facing significant barriers to accessing gender & sexually affirming care services that is delivered in a holistic manner. Given ongoing marginalization and discrimination, financial hardship, and systemic neglect, gaps in access to holistic care have left many in our community without the support they need to truly thrive.

How Can Holistic Care Help Queer & Trans Folks?
Holistic health & medicine acknowledges the deep interconnections between physical, mental, and emotional well-being in optimizing health throughout the lifespan. For queer and trans folks, chronic stress, medical trauma, and systemic oppression contribute to complex health challenges, including hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, autoimmune conditions, and mental health struggles among others. Through accessible, culturally competent, holistic, and affirming care, we can shift some within our community from surviving to thriving.

How Can You Support Rainbow Care Fund?
For those looking to support this cause, your contributions will directly fund no-cost/sliding-scale services and the supplies needed to provide this care to the most in need within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Join me in making holistic queer & trans affirming services accessible to those that need it most! Your solidarity and generous contribution helps build a stronger, healthier, and more empowered LGBTQIA+ community.
Donate today & help heal the LGBTQIA+ community from the inside out!
